The CTEK can be connected for months, ideal for seasonal vehicles.
Compact design with mounting holes for permanent assembly.
2 Year Warranty
MXS 15 is a completely automatic 8-step charger that gives 15A to 12V batteries between 40 and 300Ah. The charger has an IP 44 rating (outdoor use), protects vehicle electronics, produces no sparks and is polarity reversal and short circuit proof. It is supplied with a 2 year guarantee.
The charger is as effective in workshops as on caravan or boat outings. Several chargers can be connected simultaneously if a higher charging current is required. It has functions that examine and show if the battery can be charged and maintain a charge, a special reconditioning function that restores stratified and deep discharged batteries, unique maintenance charging as well as a temperature sensor for optimised charging no matter the weather conditions. MXS 15 also has a feed function enabling the battery to be disconnected from the vehicle without losing important settings.
Tips from CTEK
Get a charger of the right size. It is better that it is too big rather than too small. Connect the charger when you leave the boat to ensure that it will be fully charged for your next trip. If possible, leave the battery on charge for the entire winter! If you have normal wet batteries (not GEL or AGM) remember to RECOND both at the end of the season and againat the start This will improve your chances of having a summer with working batteries so that you can enjoy your boat rather than worry about whether the batteries will last or not.
